I AM A MODEL AND HEALTH COACH, HERE IS MY DIET " SECRET".

I am a Model and a Health Coach, my height is 5'9 half and I weight about 134 pounds. I am not the stereotype runway skinny model. I am 35 years old, mom of 2 kids. I am a healthy person, that have lean muscles, that does triathlons, practices pilates, yoga and MMB exercise. I DON'T BELIVE IN DIETS. I don't believe in miracle fat loss. WHAT A HEALTH COACH EATS

It may not be a surprise to you, but I do eat a rainbow of food thru my week, depending on the season, what is available or if is a busy travel week, things change a bit. WEIGHT GAIN AND STRESS

Stress can be a very important factor when comes to weight.    When people are stressed the body production of "stress hormones" are triggered and the body staring going on fat-storage mode so the body becomes more effective when storing fat.   Than stress can come in a emotional form too, leading to people to seek comfort in food. And more likely to eat high density foods and sugar.    My number one tip when dealing with day to day Stress is to Prioritize Sleep. Most adults can benefit from 7-9 hours of sleep per night, when our bodies sleep allows many of our hormones to replenish, so we can have the optimal energy, immunity, appetite to go thru the day.
