It may not be a surprise to you, but I do eat a rainbow of food thru my week, depending on the season, what is available or if is a busy travel week, things change a bit. But for the most part my diet consists on 80% whole foods and 20% not so whole.
The more colors you eat when it comes to plants, the more anti-inflammatory, detoxing and healing compound you will get. So, with that said we can all benefit from all the beautiful colors nature gives to us.
RED/PURPLE GROUP
These are loaded with powerful antioxidants called anthocyanin belived to protect against heart disease by preventing blood cloths, helps fight cancer, reduces the risk of diabetes.
