WHAT A HEALTH COACH EATS

It may not be a surprise to you, but I do eat a rainbow of food thru my week, depending on the season, what is available or if is a busy travel week, things change a bit. But for the most part my diet consists on 80% whole foods and 20% not so whole. 

The more colors you eat when it comes to plants, the more anti-inflammatory, detoxing and healing compound you will get. So, with that said we can all benefit from all the beautiful colors nature gives to us.

RED/PURPLE GROUP

 

These are loaded with powerful antioxidants called anthocyanin belived to protect against heart disease by preventing blood cloths, helps fight cancer, reduces the risk of diabetes.

These contain alpha- carotene, which protects against cancer.They also contain beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A.

Are one of the healthiest foods we can eat, packed with amazing nutrients that helps flight diseases and protects our health.
