I know the Cauliflower trend was so 2019, but this vegetable is a winner in
my books and it is always on my plate.

- Very low in calories since is made up of water, so a great one to help keep you hydrated;
- Is a very good source of fiber;
- Vitamin C powerhouse;
- Contains vitamin K, potassium, calcium, iron and magnesium.
As you know I like to keep my recipes very simple and fresh. This
Cauliflower Salad is one of my to go Salads since everyone (kids included)
love it in my family.
Pri's Mustard Dressing just adds a nice flavoring for this basic vegetable.
SIMPLE CAULIFLOWER RECIPE
-Wash, Cut to separate the florets;
- Boil water and steam for approximately 15min;
- Let is cool off;
PRI'S MUSTARD DRESSING
- Dijon Mustard
- Red Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
