Now that temperatures are starting to warm up and the selection of fruit is getting bigger with summer approaching I would like to share my 3 favorite fruit dessert.
I am all about easy recipes, so here are my top 3 fruit and a special herb that offers a healthful way to flavor our food , Mint.
- Mint-
leaves are very low in calories and contains Vitamin A promoting healthy skin and supports immune system.
Strawberries
is a beautifully sweet, fiber rich fruit packed with vitamins and antioxidants.
Watermelon
is wonderfully delicious and juicy the perfect source of much needed water and electrolytes to tame hot summer temperatures.
Pineapple
are delicious and nutritious tropical fruit packed with Vitamin C and aids digestion.
Cutting fruit and keeping them in small containers in the refrigerator is one of my keys for my whole family to eat fruit even on the go.
