Stress can be a very important factor when comes to weight.

When people are stressed the body production of "stress hormones" are triggered and the body staring going on fat-storage mode so the body becomes more effective when storing fat.

Than stress can come in a emotional form too, leading to people to seek comfort in food. And more likely to eat high density foods and sugar.

My number one tip when dealing with day to day Stress is to Prioritize Sleep. Most adults can benefit from 7-9 hours of sleep per night, when our bodies sleep allows many of our hormones to replenish, so we can have the optimal energy, immunity, appetite to go thru the day.

Eat Mindfully, being present on the table and not having any electronics involved makes easier to slow down and chew our food better.

Having Breakfast, I am a believer of breakfast and its benefits (always remember that we are all bio-individuals), I have found beneficial for my clients that having wholesome breakfast everyday helps them at losing weight and keeping it off.

Moving your Body, moment helps relief stress, give our metabolism a boost, burn some calories and it just feels good. From Yoga, Run, Dance, Swim etc there are so many ways we can bring moment to our daily lives, just find different exercises that you look forward to do.

Gratitude, we put so many expectation on our daily lives. And when things don't turn out the way we wanted stress is again involved, so always giving gratitude on what is good in our lives is a way to keep stress levels down and mindful living.
