Zucchini best known as summer squash is very low in calories since is pretty much 95 percent is water content.
But this beauty contain fair amounts of potassium, Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
My super easy 3 ingredients recipe today is Oven Zucchini.
Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Sea Salt
- Avocado Oil
Preparation
-Pre heat the oven at 350 degrees;
-Wash and cut the ends of zucchini , I like mine cut in circles;
-Season with Sea Salt;
-Drizzle avocado oil, I make with olive oil as well.
-Put in the oven for 20 min (I flip them at 10 min).
-Enjoy it! With some brown rice and beans.

-Tempere com o sal;
-E tempere com o oleo, eu também uso Oleo de Oliva quando não tenho o de Abacate;
-20 minutos no forno (eu viro ela em 10 min);
-Esta pronto! Bom apetite, aprecie com um arroz e feijão fresco.
