APPLE FUN SNACK

 Apples

 

 

Apples are a very nutritional fruit that kids and adults love it.

Sometime  we need to get a little creative to make food fun, this simple 3

ingredients snack is easy to make and is packed with nutrients.

 

If available I like this snack made with green apples, but for kids sometimes

is more appealing with sweet red apples.

 

Protein from a nut butter (my favorite is almond butter, but my kids prefers

peanut) and the oats and seeds from a good granola (pay attention to added

sugars), this quick to fix bites are a fun healthy treat.

 

 

Steps

 

1 Wash your apples, remove core (not of big fan of eating the seeds).

 

2 Spread peanut, almond, cashew (what butter nut you prefer)

 

3 Top it with your favorite granola

 

4 Enjoy it!

 

And here it is a fun snack that can be served for breakfast or dessert .
