A HEALTHY OPTION FOR SPAGHETTI

Hello beautiful spaghetti zucchini. 

 

Another option that I really like is yellow squash, if you are a pasta lover but wants to eat a low carb option these two are the perfect match for you.

The preparation is fun using a spiralizer (especially for the kids, and having them involved with food have been a success for healthier eating.)

 

I have seen in different supermarkets pre-cut packages, making even easier and fast to prepare.

 

 

Pri's way to make it

-Spiralize zucchini (I leave the skin) 

- Heat a skillet

-Add some olive oil (I love garlic too)

- Add zucchini and cook for 5-7 minutes

-Keep tossing the noddles

 

 

**Especial Tip

Don't add salt in heat since it will release water causing the zucchini to become soggy.

 

I like to add different textures veggies once is cooked, like peas, edamame, or cherry tomatoes.
